We know you can't resist these delicious treats! Currently Girl Scouts are out in full force. There aren't many places you can't go without seeing those cute little entrepreneurs out on weekends. It's ok to partake in cookies, just make sure to eat them in moderation and brush soon after having any sugary treats!

Roses on Valentine's

We hope everyone had a happy Valentine's Day and wonderful long weekend. The Doctors of Henderson Mill Dental Care gave each staff member roses on Thursday to honor our incredible team!

Kiwi is loaded in vitamin C and is helpful in building collagen – the connective tissue, capable of building up the gums – is needed to strengthen the teeth. Make sure to include fresh fruits and vegetables high in vitamin C in your diet.
